By accessing or using Fantasy Spotlight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Partner Client, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Fantasy Spotlight is an AI-powered platform that connects to your ESPN fantasy sports league and generates articles, recaps, statistics, and stories based on your league's data. The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial use by fantasy sports enthusiasts.
You may create an account using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
To use the Service, you must provide your ESPN fantasy league credentials (including your ESPN S2 cookie and SWID). By providing these credentials, you represent that you are the authorized owner of the ESPN account being connected. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to retrieve your fantasy league data from ESPN on your behalf. Fantasy Spotlight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN or The Walt Disney Company.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate articles and content based on your fantasy league data. This content is provided for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or statements that do not reflect real events. Partner Client, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of Partner Client, LLC. Your fantasy league data remains your own. AI-generated content created from your league data is provided to you for personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute Service materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Partner Client, LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data retrieved from ESPN or generated by AI.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partner Client, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
